Ross Goldberg is the “Ross” behind Kevin/Ross Public Relations. He founded the agency in 1999 believing that if we applied passion and creativity to every client, good things would happen. As we embark on our 22nd year, we feel pretty confident about saying good things did happen: Our national client base continues to grow and the Kevin/Ross team continues to develop and implement creative, impactful and memorable public relations programs that make a difference.
Prior to founding the agency, Ross spent more than 20 years in corporate communications; and as a result, he brings to Kevin/Ross clients a unique understanding of how businesses and PR firms can work together to achieve outstanding results. He also has the inside scoop on how to provide the best client service possible (hint: say what you mean, mean what you say … and deliver).
Ross is an award-winning writer and a frequent speaker. His views on the challenges surrounding the healthcare industry have been published in Health Affairs, Modern Healthcare, Healthcare Strategic Management, Physician’s Practice and Healthcare Marketing Report. He has also been published in the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Business Journal, The Journal of Value Based Leadership and many other publications. His first book, “I Only Know What I Know,” was published in 2015 with a second edition printed in 2017.
Ross holds a master’s degree in communications and a bachelor’s in journalism. He is a founding executive board member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, is past chairman of the board of trustees of Los Robles Regional Medical Center and currently serves as vice chair of the board of directors of the New West Symphony.
